Woooooh Chinese O levels coming soon on 3rd June. Feeling kinda crappy now although prelim 1 just ended but what can i do? Im sec 4 already, time flies... Im going to pass out from my CCA soon and thats the end of my chapter and the start of a new one, the sec 3s. I wish everyone who are taking O levels all the best, persevere on, do yourselves proud.

A 49-year-old man with heart problem had became the first person to die here in Singapore due to the Influenza(H1N1) virus.He was admitted to Changi General Hospital.His family took him to the hospital when his condition worsened after four days of flu-like symptoms.By then his condition was aready critical and he was admitted to the intensive care unit.Apart from emergency and life support treatment,he was also prescribed anti-viral and antibiotic medicines.Hoever,he died at the hospital at 2.30pm.This affects the country by being more alert and not take H1N1 so lightly.Other countries have to be more alert as the H1N1 spreads very fast and more people have a high chance dying.

During Racial harmony day, our class watch a video on a concert in class due to the H1N1.Of the 4 weddings(Eurasian.Chinese,Indian,Malay),I find the Chinese wedding the most interesting.I like the Chinese wedding as there is a tea ceremony and the Chinese couple have to offer tea to their parents and their parents will give them each a red packet.A Chinese couple with their parents lives next door to me.Sometimes when they go overseas, they will buy some goodies for us and when sometimes when they bake some cakes, they will give us some of it.When we go overseas and there is no ones at home, we can count on my neighbour to water our plants and watch out for our house in case there is a thief.I do not leave the door open to welcome the neighbours.Racial Harmony Day is a day where all races come together and celebrate and not quarreling with each other.

Influenza A H1N1 is a virus and can be also known as swine flu.The symptoms are the same as the normal type of flu.Influenza A H1N1 can spread at a distance.So far, Influenza A H1N1 have spreaded to Malaysia and japan among Asia.Countries try to prevent Influenza A H1N1 by taking temperature daily or weekly to check whether they have no fever.I think that taking temperature is quite effective.Other preventive measures can be taken by not going to very crowded places.I wash my hands before I eat to prevent the spread of Influenza A H1N1 disease.

I think that kindness means being considerate and sharing.It very important for people to be kind as it will bring happiness.People can show kindness by giving way to people, sharing things with people and helping friends when there in need.When my friend Didder, need my help in homework, I will teach him how to do his homework.I will feel very good and happy after doing that act of kindness.I will donate the things that I don't need to the needy and the poor.I can tell them to be kind as they will be rewarded by feeling satisfied and happy.

On Thursday, I had my oral examination and I ate my lunch in school at 12:30pm and went up to the school hall at 12:55p.m for my oral examination.There was an announcement that told us what language we were starting on first and I had to start my Chinese oral first.I waited and waited until it was my turn and I was quite nervous for my oral.They gave me a paper and I have only a few minutes to look through it.After my Chinese oral,I have to wait for my turn for English oral.I waited very long for my turn as I am the last register number in my class.When it was almost my turn, the teachers had a break for around 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes,my it was my friend, Cyril's turn.After his turn,it was my turn and I have to pick up the oral paper on the sit and go through the paper in a few minutes.Soon it was my turn, I had to sit in front of the examiner and talk about the picture.Soon my turn was over and I was glad that the stress was over.

This year's theme for International Friendship Day is getting to know ASEAN.I do not know how International Friendship Day came about. ASEAN stands for Association of Southeast Asian Nation.I know quite much about Asean.My knowledge about Asean is was quite good.I liked the activites organised by the school on International Friendship Day as I learnt more about indonasia as a lady came and gave us a speech.I have friends in ASEAN in other countries as they were once my kindergarden friends but have gone back to their countries.The school should invite some pupils from overseas and study in our classes for a f ew days and we can make friends with each other.
